The Emirates Hotel Tower was completed on April 15, 2000. This is the second-tallest completed all-hotel building in the world at 309 m (54 storeys), surpassed only by the Burj Al Arab. It is a 400 Deluxe Room and Suite Five Star Hotel. The Upper Atrium is 111 m tall.
The Emirates Office Tower was completed in November 1999. The absolute "official" height is precisely 354.6 meters (56 storeys).
